I had never joined a gym before as i find them intimidating especially as a male, Lift Up is not like this at all. I actually look forward to going to exercise as the equipment is great, easy to use and Rich is nothing but helpful, whoever wrote the negative review clearly hasn't met him. I have worked out with Rich's help a programme to achieve what i want and he gives suggestions on new exercises and help on how to use the equipment. He has even helped me with exercises to rehabilitate my knees. My wife has also joined and finds the classes better than her previous gym. I cant recommend this gym highly enough.
