  As is the usual these days, the Internet powers the masses, certainly from a cost perspective. Price comparison and browsing about will divvy up a whole host of prices and products. My project was of course our en-suite. And, I needed all sorts of bits and bobs. Now, if you want to play safe, you perhaps order from the big boys, B&Q and the like. However, with a little research and faith you really can grab a bargain.
  
  My needs were a little special in that I needed a 1300 x 900 shower tray. No one does these, so I had no choice but to scour the Internet, looking for one. This is when I happened on Central Bathroom's website. And, behold - a 1300 x 900 shower tray presented itself to me. Having never ordered from them and not really knowing much I knew I'd be taking a risk in ordering and it not being quite upto scratch or worse, something else.
  
  I had a good look around, googled Central Bathrooms, just to see if anyone had anything nasty to say. Nothing untoward appeared and they were fairly well spidered by Google. I decided to place an order.
  
  The shower tray took approx 4 days to arrive. Great! Hauled off the back of a TNT wagon, I signed for it and carried it into the house. It was only then that I noticed a minor shunt to the packaging. But i did not consider it a problem. However, when my fitter opened it all up, he noticed that there were hairline cracks in addition to the suspect corner having a little chip in it. And this is where I was. Ugh….!
  
  I rang Barry at Central Bathrooms. At first he was a little skeptical as to the nature of the damage, perhaps it was done in transit and the item should have been rejected by myself. And, he'd be correct, maybe. All I know is it wasn't us. Barry understandably asked to see some photos of the damaged area(s). We sent them via email.
  
  He confirmed what we thought and decided it was damaged in transit. Now, to be fair, Barry was probably within his rights to throw it back at me. Considering I should have inspected it more thoroughly on delivery. However, Barry didn't. As a gesture of goodwill, he decided to drive a replacement up to us, the following day. And we do not live just around the corner either.
  
  So, fantastic result.
  
  What I will end with is this. There's a real UK based person at the other side of this site that's willing to listen and talk to you should be dissatisfied with anything that's sent.
  
  Will I use Central Bathrooms again? Of course I will
