- j waters Review added: 2018.12.09★ ★ ★ ★ ★The purchase of our new home in Badsey was complicated since it was a "trade-in" being sold by Bovis Homes. TLG, as the local agent, showed us the property and were always there to help with the contacts with Bovis' agents who handled the legal stuff and the price negotiation and renegotiations.
